Welcome!

Have you found yourself in a season of life-transition that has you feeling interrupted, overwhelmed, or maybe on an unexpected path?

Some of the most challenging life-transitions include finding yourself at the end of a relationship.  You thought this relationship would last forever.  This ending has left you questioning your future.

Possibly the career that you have poured your life into for years is changing. Maybe your business has lost its momentum, and you find yourself questioning the season ahead.

Life-transitions can happen in your spiritual life too. The beliefs you have held for a lifetime, handed down by your parents may currently be in a deconstruction period. You may be ready to rebuild your spiritual identity.

These are all just seasons in life and can simply be the beginning of something new and exciting, although you may not feel that way in this moment.

If you find yourself in a time you are being called to a different path on your adventure, think about what it could be like to have someone join you, to walk with you and provide a safe space to process your thoughts…to consider new ideas while you grapple with the fears that often accompany change.

As your life coach, I will help guide you in your next steps.  Traveling beside you I will listen and ask powerful questions to help you discover new passageways to take. When setbacks occur, we will work together on new ways to conquer the challenges and adopt new ideas.  There are powerful life lessons that will continue to serve you well in the future and we will uncover the gold in your insights.

Are you ready for a new and bright future?

Let’s connect and begin the season of renewal and adventure as soon as possible. You deserve to live joyful and free, and I can’t wait to help you celebrate what is ahead!

WHAT IS COACHING ABOUT?

Are you ready to make a significant change in your life, ready to tackle that area that holds you back? You are the hero in this story. I am the person to partner and team up with you to assist in that next step.  Your healing, success and ultimately joy in your life, is already in you – it may seem hidden but let’s work together to discover your full potential. Let’s talk about what coaching is and isn’t!

The ICF – International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “a thought-provoking creative process that allows clients maximize their personal and professional potential”. People are often not sure how it is different from therapy and consulting.  It is not therapy, although I do have a degree in Psychology, I am not a mental health professional. However, I do work alongside and in concert with therapists.  Therapy usually is focused on the past or processing previous trauma.  Whereas coaching is present and future focused.  We may talk about the past in how it informs your present actions and attitudes focusing on if this is serving you well.

It is different from consulting in that it makes you the expert in regards to your life.  A consultant is an expert advisor. With coaching we are going to partner to address the outcomes you are wanting.  You are not broken, you have everything within you or within your reach.  I will partner with you in an interactive process to see what maybe blocking you from moving in freedom, helping you achieve your full potential for the present.

NICE TO MEET YOU - A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My story is about being and overcomer and transformation!  I have been a California girl until recently moving to the Seattle, Washington area. I had a trauma filled childhood, a first marriage where there was Domestic Violence but it motivated me to be a change agent believing in freedom and transformation.

My work career has been a layering of positions that have equipped me to bring out the best in you. I was in banking, owned my own small business and graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I am a learner and I continue to study relevant issues.  I believe in methods that treat the whole person, not only one’s emotional health, but one’s physical and spiritual health as well. I served as a Women’s Pastor for 8 years and a Director of a Women’s Shelter for 4 years. Leadership can be fun and creating great teams has been my focus. Empowering employees to find the best parts of themselves has been my passion.

I love family - my husband, kids and grandkid!  For fun I like to kayak hike and spend time with my amazing friends connecting over a great meal.
